Nagarsen Fire and Emergency Services Department has issued an advertisement for recruitment to the posts of Home Guard. This recruitment has been issued for very large posts under which a total of 2215 posts have been kept. Application forms for these posts have been sought from all the candidates in online mode. Applications will start from July 10 and will be filled till August 10, while for this, correction of errors in the form can be done till August 17.
Eligibility for all candidates for Home Guard recruitment is 10th pass, i.e. eligible persons having 10th pass can fill the application form for this. After applying, you will have to appear in the examination, information of which will be given to you separately. 500 posts of male and female general duty and 1715 posts of female municipal soldiers have been kept by the Home Guard itself.
Home Guard Recruitment Application Fee
The application fee for Home Guard recruitment of Home Guard Department is ₹300 for General Category Other Backward Classes while for all other categories the application fee is ₹200. All candidates have to pay the application through online mode.
Home Guard Recruitment Age Limit
The age limit for this recruitment should be at least 19 years, that is a person less than 19 years cannot apply for it, the maximum age limit has been kept at 40 years, a person above 40 years cannot apply. The maximum age limit for candidates of all categories for the appointment of self-surrendered or Naxal-affected persons or their family members to the post of Nagar Sainik has been kept at 45 years.
The age limit for Home Guard Recruitment will be calculated as per 1st July 2024 and all those categories which have got age relaxation from the government will also be given age relaxation as per government rules.
Home Guard Recruitment Educational Qualification
The educational qualification for this recruitment is passing 10th class from any recognized institute. 10th class eligibility is for General category, Other Backward Classes and Scheduled Castes whereas for Scheduled Tribes the eligibility is 8th pass.
Home Guard Recruitment Selection Process
To join any recruitment, you have to go through a chain process. In Home Guard recruitment also, the selection of candidates will be done on the basis of physical efficiency test, written test, bonus marks and document verification followed by medical examination.
There will be a physical test, after which a written test will be conducted which will be self-examined and the bonus marks will be of 20 marks. After this, the selection list i.e. merit list will be prepared on the basis of 220 marks. It is mandatory for the candidate to be a native of the concerned district. For this, the native certificate of the competent officer will be valid.
